Las Vegas
Everything permitted, nothing allowed; all for the taking, nothing free. Free limo, drinks, entry, they have you thrice over. Street littered with call-girls, buddy’s arm around me offends. In the desert a water show, aquarium, pile of buffet shrimp. In the desert New York skyscrapers, Eiffel Tower, Sphinx. Untouchable beauty of skin stretched tightly over decay. I smash bottles, but the glass was already broken. I perform a wedding on the strip on the fly, go all in on blackjack. Four Tequila Sunrises for four sunrises.
